Meet the Team
We’re Mirna and Joe Cruz, the husband-and-wife duo behind ISI Floral Design & Event Décor. What started with Mirna’s love for floral artistry has blossomed into a business rooted in faith, creativity, and connection. Inspired by Mirna’s late mother-in-law—who had a true gift for making everything bloom—ISI was named in her honor, a tribute to her beauty and grace.
Mirna is an educator and lifelong learner with a passion for creating elegant, meaningful spaces. Joe is a hands-on, blue-collar kind of guy who brings the heart and hustle, always ready to build, fix, and support wherever needed. The two met while volunteering for Meals on Wheels—something Joe continues to do each year—while Mirna stays deeply involved in her church.
Together, they share a love for travel, art, gardening, and giving back to their community. At ISI, every design is created with purpose, passion, and a whole lot of heart.
